Clustering assignment of 85 dog breeds by Parker et al. (2004): “seventy-four breeds are represented by five unrelated dogs each, and the remaining 11 breeds are represented by four unrelated dogs each. Each individual dog is represented on the graph by a vertical line divided into colored segments corresponding to different genetic clusters. The length of each colored segment is equal to the estimated proportion of the individual’s membership in the cluster of corresponding color (designated on the y axis as a percentage).
